The Dunstable Centre brings everything you need under one roof. We provide a state-of-the-art gym and extensive class programme, squash courts and sports hall, a varied café and more. 

GYM
Our wide-ranging 100-station Technogym equipped gym has something for everyone and to suit all abilities. All of our CV equipment has built-in televisions, internet, games and Mywellness integration. With the use of Technogym’s mywellness cloud, you can keep track of your fitness in the gym and out and about. Our Personal Trainers are always at hand if you want to change up your fitness routine or need more motivation. All members are entitled to the Lifestyles Programme, a personal plan tailored to your needs.

POOL
We provide a 25-metre swimming pool (1.8 metres deep in the deep end, 0.9 in shallow) as well as a 12.5-metre learning pool (0.9 metres deep in the deep end, 0.7 in the shallow). Please check the timetable tab for classes and session times. The main pool is open 6am – 10pm Monday to Friday, 8am – 4:30pm on Saturday and 8am – 9pm on Sunday.

WORKOUT CLASSES
We offer a huge variety of classes every week. Whether you’re looking for something high or low intensity, slow or fast paced, we’ve got you covered.

In the mean time, take advantage of a wide range of workout classes available through the SLL Lifestyles App digital membership. 

SPORTS
Take advantage of our sports facilities including a sports hall and squash courts! We provide a range of indoor sporting activities including badminton, squash, basketball, table tennis, short tennis and more!

Car Park information for Lifestyle members.

In partnership with Central Bedfordshire Council, we will be offering the benefit of free parking to all our Lifestyles Members when you visit the centre.
