Personal Trainer

I have a passionate interest in all aspects of fitness, including weight loss, nutrition and sports specific. I enjoy teaching in a group environment with participants pushing each other to achieve great teamwork. I enjoy working to help people achieve their goals and achieve a great sense of wellness. In my spare time I coach Bishops Stortford rugby team, work with Watford FC shape up scheme, walking football coach, keep up with current affairs, keen swimmer and dining out occasionally!

Our Personal Trainers are both highly qualified and are dedicated to helping you achieve your goals. Whether you want to build muscle, manage your weight, train for events or just getting into shape, PT can help. The sessions are one hour long and can be arranged at a time to suit you.
