Flitwick Leisure Centre brings everything you need under one roof. With a state-of-the-art gym, swimming pool and extensive class programme, there’s something for everyone. We have a multi-use sports hall & squash courts. We boast a great crèche and a whole host of activities for the little ones.  You can even fuel up after your workout at our café.

GYM
Our comprehensive Technogym equipped gym has everything you need to make your workout as enjoyable as possible. All of our CV equipment has built-in televisions, internet, games and mywellness integration. With the use of Technogym’s mywellness cloud, you can keep track of your fitness in the gym and out and about. Our Personal Trainers are always at hand if you want to change up your fitness routine or need more motivation. All members are entitled to the Lifestyles Programme, a personal plan tailored to your needs.

POOL
We provide a 25 metre swimming pool with regular aqua exercise classes. Take a look at the swimming tab for more information on classes and admission. Adjacent to the main pool is a teaching pool where our AquaEd scheme is held.SPORTS
Take advantage of our sports facilities including a four court sports hall and two squash courts. We offer badminton, short tennis, 5 a-side football, basketball, table tennis and squash. We also offer a range of outdoor sporting activities.

WORKOUT CLASSES
Our workout timetable includes over 70 classes a week. We have classes suitable for all levels and include a range of disciplines including high intensity interval training, Zumba, Clubbercise, Yoga and more.
