Membership Freeze Request Form

If you would like to request to freeze your membership, please use the below form. Please note the membership terms and conditions apply. Please click on your relevant membership below to read your terms and conditions. Please also note that all freeze requests must be submitted 14 days prior to your next due direct debit in order to take affect the following month. Memberships can only be frozen for full months. Please note if you are an AquaEd member you will need to contact your centre directly to request a freeze.
