I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia in 2014, and the immobility associated with that disability saw my weight increase drastically. I have a family history of Heart Disease and Diabetes, so I decided I wanted to tackle my lack of fitness in the hope that it would reduce my weight and increase my mobility, and reduce the health risks.
